What is a Private Day Spa? 

The Orchard Private Day Spa can only be hired exclusively by one group at a time. That means you get exclusive use of all the facilities throughout your stay. 

What do I need to bring? 

Your swimming/spa clothes! 

We provide towels and a robe to use during your time at the Orchard. To reduce landfill, we ask guests to bring their own, clean flip-flops or sliders. If you would prefer us to provide disposable slippers, please let us know. 

Are there age restrictions? 

Everyone over the age of 14 is welcome at the Orchard. Under 18s must be accompanied by adults at all times. 

Can we celebrate a special occasion?

Yes, everyone at the Orchard loves a special occasion so let us know! If you would like to bring balloons or temporary decorations, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. 

Can we bring our own food and drink? 

The Orchard provides complimentary coffees and teas throughout your stay. You are welcome to bring your own drinks but please let us know in advance. 

We are unable to allow food to be consumed at the Orchard at present. 

Are massages and treatments available?

The concept of the Orchard is to spend time relaxing together with friends and family. We aren’t able to offer individuals massages and treatments at this time.

What’s the maximum amount of guests allowed?

10 guests are included in the advertised price. The Orchard has plenty of room for larger groups. There is an additional charge for extra guests. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What are the pool rules? 

The Orchard does not have lifeguards and all guests must make themselves aware of our pool rules before use. 

Fake tan destroys pool and hottub water – making it impossible for other guests to use. Please do not apply fake tan or excessive make-up before arriving at the Orchard. We reserve the right to refuse admission at all times. 

Can we select our own music? 

Yes! On arrival you can connect to our WiFi and Sonos system to select your favourite playlist. 

Can we take photos and videos? 

Your group will have exclusive use of the Orchard during your stay so snap away. We love to see your photos so please tag @OrchardPrivateDaySpa on social media – and you might also be in with the chance of winning a prize. 

Is there a time limit on the hottub?

No, all the facilities at the Orchard are fully available for your use during your entire stay.

What is Orchard’s cancellation policy? 

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. If you need to rearrange, we will do our best to accommodate your new dates without extra charge. Full refunds are given for cancellations up to six weeks before the booking date. 

Do you offer gift vouchers? 

Yes, if you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please get in touch.All our gift vouchers can be used for any available date and package within 12 months of purchase. 

How do we find the Orchard? 

The Orchard is 15 minutes drive from Sheffield City Centre and 5 minutes driver from J31 of the M1. The nearest train station is Woodhouse. 

Numerous buses are available via either Handsworth or Aughton. 

We encourage car sharing. Full directions will be provided upon booking. 

Is parking available? 

Yes, we have plenty of parking at the Orchard.
